Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet & meet the prospective customers visiting the project location
Explain the construction product and provide detailed walkthrough/overview of the project and project amenities
Knowledge of competitor products and pricing in the market of operations
Explanation of competitive edge of the organization's products by comparing the offerings to that of competitor's offerings in vicinity
Drive sales closure from the walk-in customers
Regular follow ups with walk-in customers on the status of closure, doubts, clarifications etc. about the project.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any graduate degree
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Tamil & English
Very energetic, determined to be successful, and ability to deal with new or difficult situations easily
Overall Work Experience we are looking for:
3 - 5 years experience in Sales or Customer facing role in Real Estate industry is Mandatory
