Job Description

Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth in Tamil Nadu, coordinating from Raichur. Daily Sales Calls: Conduct and monitor daily sales calls to ensure consistent client engagement in Tamil Nadu. Performance Tracking: Track and evaluate sales team performance, ensuring adherence to goals and KPIs. Reporting & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate sales reports, records, and data to support strategic decision-making. Task Assignment: Assign tasks and responsibilities to the sales team, ensuring efficient workflow and accountability. Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Tamil Nadu, build relationships with key clients, and expand market presence in rice sales or FMCG. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships in Tamil Nadu. Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for Tamil Nadu to meet company objectives and drive revenue growth in modern trade and other channels. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and submit timely reports to senior management in Raichur. Travel: Travel to Tamil Nadu as needed for client meetings, market visits, and team coordination. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role, specifically in rice sales or the FMCG market. Proven experience in modern trade (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets, or organized retail). Fluency in Tamil and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team remotely, with a track record of achieving targets. Strong analytical skills to track sales reports and performance metrics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with Tamil Nadu-based clients. Ability to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability within the team. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work from Raichur with a focus on Tamil Nadu's market. Willingness to travel frequently to Tamil Nadu for business needs.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
