We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our corporate client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the printing and packaging industry, with strong networking skills to connect with corporate clients, FMCG brands, and bulk buyers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate printing and packaging segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from FMCG, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Pitch printing and packaging solutions to corporate companies, brands, and agencies. Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth. Collaborate with the internal production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery. Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of sales/marketing experience in the printing and packaging industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships. Excellent understanding of corporate and bulk order printing needs (e.g., chips packets, labels, packaging materials). Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Delhi, Mumbai, or Haryana). Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Salary: Competitive salary with attractive incentives based on performance.*
