Job Overview
We are hiring for a leading private sector bank seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sourcing of Prime Ticket Size Loans (LAP/Home Loan) through DSA channels in the Kota region. This role demands a proven track record in retail secured lending, team management, and strong market connect.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business acquisition of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans through DSA network
Handle end-to-end DSA sourcing - onboarding, activation, and relationship management
Lead a team of Sales Officers/Executives, ensuring target achievement and market coverage
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with credit norms
Maintain strong market intelligence on competition, pricing, and customer trends
Ensure coordination with credit, operations, and risk teams
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in loan sales, preferably LAP/Home Loan
Proven experience in managing sales teams
Strong relationship base with active DSAs in the region
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Good understanding of local market dynamics
