Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business in
luxury wedding and event catering services
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients, event planners, and hospitality partners.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-value catering projects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wedding & events market.
Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to align client requirements with service delivery.
Represent the brand at wedding expos, food tastings, and premium event showcases.
Track sales performance, analyze client feedback, and report regularly to the head office.
Required Candidate Profile:
Experience:
2 to 10 years in sales, preferably in
hospitality, catering, or luxury event services
.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation, networking, and client relationship management. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Technical Proficiency:
Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
Languages:
English & Tamil (preferred).
