Job Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in luxury wedding and event decor services. Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients, event planners, and partners. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Identify new business opportunities within the wedding & events industry and convert leads into successful projects. Collaborate with the creative & marketing teams to align sales with brand campaigns and lead generation activities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to create tailored sales pitches. Oversee branch operations and provide regular performance reports to the head office.

Required Candidate Profile:



Experience:

2 to 10 years in sales, preferably in

wedding decor, event management, or luxury services

.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, leadership, client relationship management, and communication skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table).

Languages:

English & Tamil (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
