Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new clients in industrial, logistics, warehousing, and commercial sectors.
Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Prepare and present customized technical and commercial PEB proposals.
Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts.
Achieve sales targets as defined by the management.
Client Relationship Management
Establish strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions.
Technical & Market Expertise
Maintain solid knowledge of PEB systems, materials, load-bearing techniques, and fabrication.
Stay current with market trends, pricing models, and competitor activity.
Work closely with internal design and execution teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus).
5-10 years of relevant experience in selling PEB solutions or industrial construction projects.
Demonstrated success in handling large-scale proposals and commercial deals.
Deep understanding of PEB systems, structural design, and execution methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
