Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across industries such as Industrial Chemicals, Lubricants, Polymer, Petrochemical, and Paints.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Conduct field visits to manufacturers, distributors, and industrial clients to promote products and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client interaction records using Excel and CRM tools.
Use AI-based tools for data analysis, lead generation, and sales performance tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Represent the company professionally at trade events, exhibitions, and customer meetings. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in B2B industrial sectors (Chemicals, Lubricants, Polymer, Petrochemical, Paints).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic understanding of AI tools for sales productivity.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel regularly.
Fluency in Tamil and English; knowledge of Telugu or Malayalam preferred. Why Join Us:
