Promote and sell residential properties of the builder/developer.
Attend client inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and site visits.
Provide detailed project presentations, explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain client records and update CRM/software with sales activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain good relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents.
Assist customers during booking, agreement, registration, and handover process.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
