Sales Manager - PET Preform Division

Job Summary



We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Sales Manager

to drive sales and business development for our

PET Preform Division

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing new customer accounts, managing key relationships with bottling plants and packaging buyers, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities



- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in

beverage, bottled water, edible oil and FMCG.



- Expand the customer base by targeting

bottlers, converters, and packaging companies.



- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and trends.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with management.

- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and issues.

- Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and pricing trends to recommend strategic actions.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

- Collaborate with the

production, logistics, and quality teams

to ensure timely delivery and product quality.

- Coordinate with finance for billing, collections, and credit control.

Qualifications



- Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Polymer Science.



- Minimum

5-10 years of experience in PET preform, packaging, or plastic resin sales.



Skills & Competencies



- Strong technical understanding of

PET preforms, resins, molds, and bottle manufacturing processes.



- Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation

skills.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage large accounts.

- Good knowledge of

packaging industry trends

and

market networks.



- Willingness to

travel extensively

across assigned territories.

Salary Range:



(35000 + Incentives + Travel allowance)

Reporting To:



General Manager - Sales / Director

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
