Role & Responsibilities:
Manage and convert Personal Loan leads generated through Core Connect / digital channels
Drive lead-to-disbursement conversion while ensuring process adherence
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and closures
Track daily funnel performance and optimize productivity
Achieve assigned business targets with focus on portfolio quality
Eligibility Criteria:
4-8 years of experience in Personal Loans sales
Mandatory experience in Core Connect / Digital / Corporate lead channels
Strong understanding of PL underwriting and process flow
Experience with Bank / NBFC preferred
CTC:
Up to 5.0 LPA (depending on experience and current compensation)
