Job Description

A Sales Manager for Personal Loan (PL) and Business Loan (BL) in Jaipur leads loan sales efforts across direct and channel networks, driving business growth, managing teams, and building strong customer and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies

for PL and BL, aiming for consistent target achievement through open market sourcing, DSAs, brokers, and partner tie-ups.

Manage, train, and motivate sales teams

to maximize loan disbursal and deliver excellent client service.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

by networking, field visits, and referral partnerships.

Present, promote, and explain loan products

to potential and existing clients, assisting them through documentation and application processes.

Track sales performance, prepare reports/MIS

, and keep management updated on market trends and competitor activity.

Coordinate with operations, credit, and compliance teams

to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement of loans.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in loan sales (PL/BL), ideally within Jaipur's market and DSA/NBFC/banking background. Proven leadership, sales, and negotiation abilities. Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
