Drive enquiry generation through walk-ins, digital leads, field activities, and local promotions.
Monitor model-wise, variant-wise, and color-wise sales performance.
Plan and execute sales campaigns, festivals offers, and special schemes.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives and team leaders.
Assign targets and monitor individual performance daily.
Conduct daily morning meetings, product briefings, and role-play sessions.
Handle team discipline, attendance, and performance appraisals.
Customer Experience
Ensure high-quality customer interaction from enquiry to delivery.
Resolve customer complaints and escalations related to sales.
Ensure proper test ride, follow-up, and delivery processes.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
Process & MIS
Ensure proper use of DMS/CRM for enquiry entry, follow-ups, and closures.
Track conversion ratios, lost cases, and ageing of enquiries.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS to management and OEM.
Ensure compliance with company and OEM sales processes.
Stock & Coordination
Coordinate with inventory team for vehicle availability and timely delivery.
Plan stock as per market demand, MOP, and ageing vehicles.
Push slow-moving models and aged stock.
Coordinate with RTO, finance, insurance, and accessories teams for smooth deliveries.
Finance & Exchange
Monitor finance approvals, disbursements, and rejections.
Ensure exchange evaluations and closures are done transparently.
Coordinate with finance partners to improve penetration.
Marketing & Local Activities
Plan local marketing activities, roadshows, and village campaigns.
Monitor lead quality from digital and OEM sources.
Build relationships with corporate, fleet, and institutional customers.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to OEM guidelines and audit requirements.
Handle OEM sales audits and performance reviews.
Maintain all sales-related documents and records.
Strategic Role
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Suggest corrective actions to improve sales and profitability.
Support management in expansion and new showroom planning.
