To lead and drive sales for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions by identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new customers in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Generate inquiries and convert leads into sales orders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and end clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address queries or concerns promptly.
3. Coordination & Proposal Management
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals.
Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize orders.
Ensure timely submission of proposals and approvals.
4. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM entries.
Participate in strategic planning to increase market presence.
5. Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Provide inputs to management on product improvements and market positioning.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of PEB/steel structures industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements.
Strong networking abilities.
Result-oriented and able to work independently.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or any related field (preferred).
3-6 years of experience in PEB sales or steel construction industry.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
