Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Sales Manager - PEB
to lead business development and sales operations in
Mumbai and Western India
. The role involves identifying new project opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing a sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the PEB business in
Maharashtra and nearby regions
.
Identify new business opportunities in
industrial, commercial, warehousing, and infrastructure sectors
.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with
architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and corporate clients
.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Build, train, and lead a high-performing regional sales team.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging projects.
Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, and Project Execution) for seamless project delivery.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Experience:
Minimum
5-10 years
of experience in
PEB / steel structure / industrial construction
sales.
Proven track record in handling large industrial or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of the
Western India market (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa)
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to deliver results.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
