Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business
development efforts in the PEB industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role demands strong industry knowledge, excellent communication
skills, and a strategic mindset to capture and grow market share in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
? Drive and manage sales and marketing activities in the assigned region (Delhi, Pune,
Mumbai, or Ahmedabad).
? Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Pre-Engineered Buildings sector.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat
business.
? Consistently achieve or exceed regional sales targets and contribute to overall revenue
growth.
? Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
? Collaborate closely with internal technical, design, and execution teams to ensure alignment
with client requirements and timely project delivery.
? Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
? Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance
brand presence and generate leads.
? Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
? Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical sales practices.
Key Requirements:
? Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the PEB or industrial
construction sector.
? MBA in Marketing/Sales or B.E. in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with relevant sales
experience.
? Strong understanding of the PEB industry, construction project cycles, and client
procurement processes.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
? Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
? Strong network of industry contacts and clients in the PEB/industrial infrastructure space is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
