What You'll Own



Lead Generation & Outreach:



Build and execute a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, and strategic outreach. Leverage market research to identify and target high-value prospects.

Sales Strategy & Execution:



Define and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with business goals. Manage the entire sales cycle--from discovery and proposal to negotiation and closing.

Client Relationship Management:



Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, value, and results. Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for high-value clients.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:



Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams. Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competition, and customer needs.

Data-Driven Decision Making:



Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track pipeline, performance, and revenue forecasts. Use insights to optimize sales processes and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For



5-8 years of proven B2B sales experience

, preferably in

Product based.

Track record of exceeding

monthly/quarterly revenue goals

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Strong experience with

cold calling, lead nurturing, and consultative selling

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze numbers and market trends A self-starter who thrives in autonomy but knows how to collaborate and lead Bachelor's degree required;

MBA or PG in Sales/Marketing is a plus
