to join Woods Decor, a premium furniture and interior solutions brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their furniture requirements, and closing sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, visits, and referrals.
Handle showroom walk-ins, product demonstrations, and client consultations.
Build long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, and premium clients.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable furniture/interior product recommendations.
Negotiate pricing, follow up, and close deals within the sales cycle.
Maintain sales reports, follow CRM leads, and meet monthly targets.
Coordinate with production, accounts & dispatch teams for customer order updates.
Attend project site visits when required (mainly premium/platinum clients).
Required Skills
Good communication & presentation skills
Basic product understanding of furniture/interiors (training will be provided)
Client handling, negotiation & objection management
Lead follow-up discipline and target-driven mindset
Ability to build trust and rapport with high-value clients
Qualifications
Experience: 1-4 years in sales (Furniture/Interior/Real Estate preferred)
Education: Graduate or equivalent (Sales/Marketing background is a plus)
Language: English & Hindi required; local language an advantage
