Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with the Mohali and New Chandigarh real estate markets is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
