Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting our plant products and landscaping services, and closing sales across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across nurseries, farmhouses, societies, institutions, and corporate offices.
Promote and sell indoor plants, outdoor plants, landscaping services, and maintenance packages.
Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and provide suitable plant and landscape recommendations.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to achieve repeat business.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product portfolios to potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales (preferably in horticulture, landscaping, or similar field).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate plant solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to travel for client visits.
Basic knowledge of plants and landscaping will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
