Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure team performance. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management. Negotiate and close deals with key clients. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor sales metrics and optimize the sales funnel.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability to analyze data and draw insights to guide decision-making. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
