. The role involves engaging with OEMs, distributors, and end-users to provide technical sales support, promote product solutions, and ensure long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional business goals.
Identify and onboard new industrial
OEMs
and
channel
partners
.
Conduct
technical presentations, product demos, and application-based consultations
.
Understand client requirements and recommend
appropriate bearing and power transmission solutions
.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on
quotations, proposals, and tenders
.
Manage key accounts and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, and service) to ensure
smooth order execution and delivery
.
Stay informed on
market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
(preferred).
8-10 years of proven experience
in
B2B industrial sales
, preferably in
bearings, mechanical components, or engineering products
.
Strong technical understanding of industrial products and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in
Google Sheets, CRM, and reporting tools
.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region.
