Fabmark Men's Clothing is looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Salesman
to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales for men's formal and ethnic wear.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories.
Provide expert advice on fits, fabrics, and styles suited to each customer.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing store display.
Handle billing, exchanges, and returns professionally.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Keep updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product details.
Coordinate with the tailoring department for customer fittings and alterations.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
2-5 years
of retail sales experience, preferably in men's fashion or clothing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge (for billing and inventory).
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
