Role Overview
We're looking for a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with strong
sales and onsite closure skills
who can drive growth through client meetings, project consultations, and deal conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales
Generate and manage sales to nurseries, institutions, housing societies, and landscaping projects.
Build relationships with architects, landscapers, and contractors; negotiate and close orders.
Coordinate with institutional buyers for bulk supply of plants.
Develop community groups for nursery owners and suppliers in the region.
B2C Sales & Promotion
Promote Paudhaawala in residential societies and crowded public areas.
Appoint and manage society representatives who act as a single point of contact for plant storage, distribution, and sales.
Organize plant promotions at parks, markets, malls, and community events.
Set up promotional counters and stalls in high-footfall areas.
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate plant supply arrangements and ensure timely delivery to buyers.
Open and manage retail plant stores; recruit and train store staff to achieve profitability.
Maintain records of orders, payments, and customer feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience in
field sales / on-site sales / B2B sales
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident in
closing deals independently
.
Strong presentation skills with customer-first approach.
Must own a
two-wheeler
for client visits.
