. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers, and driving revenue growth in
Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali
, and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with civil contractors, construction companies, infrastructure developers, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Visit construction sites and offices to showcase the advantages and specifications of rebar couplers.
Prepare and deliver quotations, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, competition activity, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Maintain sales records, pipeline reports, and customer databases accurately.
Attend industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and seminars to promote the brand.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (preferably in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration).
1-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in construction products (steel products, building materials, fastening systems, or similar industrial products).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Must have a two-wheeler and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Basic knowledge of construction sites and rebar work is a plus.
