Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue for residential and commercial projects.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Oversee lead generation, client follow-ups, and deal closures to ensure smooth sales operations.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide guidance, and share market insights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotional activities, events, and digital campaigns to boost project visibility.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure proper documentation and coordination with legal, finance, and operations teams during the booking process.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Minimum
5-8 years
of experience in real estate sales, with at least
2-3 years
in a managerial or team leader role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
Compensation:
