Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Generate leads through_
online marketing,
_ networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct property showings, open houses, and market evaluations. Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate contracts. Should have and maintain knowledge of local real estate market trends and pricing. Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions. Maintain relationships with clients and follow up on past leads. Update CRM systems and maintain organized records of all transactions.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
