Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct needs analysis and tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Keep detailed records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience and optimize sales strategies.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
