Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale buyers, distributors, and retailers.
Identify new markets and expand customer base.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
Regular market visits to track trends, competitor activity, and customer demand.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and bulk order deals.
Ensure smooth coordination with production, logistics, and accounts teams.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-4 years
experience in wholesale garment sales.
Strong knowledge of fabric, styles, and garment categories.
Existing network in wholesale markets (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to meet targets and handle pressure.
Willingness to travel for market visits.
Must have valid driving license and good driving skills (for market visits & client meetings).
