Sales Manager

to lead our team in Patiala.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for insurance and mutual fund products. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market activities. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial planning sessions. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, mutual funds, or financial services. Strong knowledge of insurance and mutual fund products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under targets and deliver results. NISM Mutual Fund Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
