Sales Manager - Health Sales

Qualification:

Graduate (Any discipline)

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Insurance Sales

Preference for candidates with Agency Sales background

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and manage insurance agents from the open market

Drive sales of FGII Health Products through agency network

Motivate, train & support agents to achieve monthly sales targets

Ensure adherence to company standards and compliance norms

Age Limit:

Below 34 years

Reporting To:

Cluster Development Manager (CDM) / Branch Manager (BM)

Preferred Industry Background:

Health Insurance

Life Insurance

General Insurance

NBFC (with willingness to work in Health Agency model)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹375,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
