1. Sales Target Achievement
Set daily, weekly & monthly sales targets for team (individual and overall).
Monitor daily sales performance vs. targets.
Plan strategies to improve showroom and field sales.
Ensure timely billing and delivery.
2. Team Supervision & Motivation
Conduct daily morning meetings with Sales Executives/BDEs.
Allocate enquiries and walk-ins to team members.
Motivate team to follow-up leads and close deals.
Conduct periodic performance reviews.
3. Customer Handling & Conversion
Handle VIP and difficult customers personally.
Ensure a smooth test ride and vehicle demo experience.
Guide team on objection handling and upselling.
Final negotiation and closure of high-value deals.
4. Enquiry & Lead Management
Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries in the DMS/EMS (Enquiry Management System).
Monitor call logs, showroom walk-ins, field enquiries, and digital leads.
Review lead funnel, test ride status, and follow-up progress.
5. Documentation & Delivery Coordination
Ensure complete booking documents (KYC, Finance, Insurance).
Coordinate with the accounts, RTO, and PDI teams for timely vehicle delivery.
Personally ensure delivery delight experience and final customer briefing.
6. Finance & Insurance Coordination
Monitor team coordination with F&I (Finance & Insurance) partners.
Track finance penetration and push for higher finance conversion.
Guide team on upselling extended warranty, AMC, accessories, etc.
7. Reporting & MIS
Send daily sales reports to senior management.
Review DMS reports - booking, billing, delivery, enquiry ageing.
Track lost enquiries, reasons, and take corrective actions.
8. Inventory & Display Management
Coordinate with the stock/inventory team for availability.
Ensure proper vehicle display and showroom hygiene.
Identify fast-moving models and plan promotions accordingly.
9. Training & Development
Conduct or arrange product and process training sessions.
Regular role-plays and objection handling sessions with the team.
Mentor new sales executives/BDEs on company SOP.
10. Coordination with OEM (TVS)
Participate in TVS-led meetings, training, and audits.
Ensure compliance with TVS branding, SOP, and sales process.
Send periodic updates to TVS Sales Area Manager as needed.
