Urgent Hiring in Automobile Company !!!!
Position: Sales Manager - Passenger Vehicles
Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of automobile sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per month (based on experience)
Location: Cochin
Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual retail and wholesale targets for new vehicle sales.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, events, and exchange melas.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, and Delivery Executives.
• Ensure adequate manpower as per M&M's staffing norms.
• Ensure adherence to Mahindra's Customer Experience (CI 2025) and digital retailing processes.
• Monitor lead management through DMS and CRM tools (AutoDMS / Mahindra Rise CRM).
• Develop fleet, institutional, and government business opportunities.
• Liaise with finance, insurance, accessories, and exchange partners to drive cross-selling.
• Exposure to passenger vehicle retail, preferably in multi-outlet dealership operations.
