Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic
Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our digital services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, especially in IT services or SaaS environments, and possess strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify business development opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
Hire, train, and mentor the sales team as the company scales.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or digital solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or relevant certification in sales/marketing.
Experience in B2B SaaS or web development service sales.
Familiarity with website technologies, digital marketing tools, and hosting platforms.
