Responsibilities
Market development and sales target management
Develop and implement overseas market sales plan to achieve annual sales target
Develop new customers through online channels, industry exhibitions, customer visits and other channels, and maintain existing customer relationships to expand market share
Analyze overseas paper industry trends and competitive dynamics, identify potential customer needs, and develop targeted sales strategies
Technical support and product promotion
Provide sales support for paper auxiliaries
Establish customer files, regularly follow up customer demand changes, handle order execution, logistics tracking and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate cross-departmental resources (e.g., production, logistics, legal) to fulfill orders, manage receivables, and reduce financial risks
Cross-departmental collaboration and market feedback
Regularly submit sales reports, market analysis and competitor dynamics to provide data support for strategic decisions
Job requirements
Professional background and experience
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in chemical engineering, international trade, marketing or related is preferred
More than 3 years overseas sales experience, familiar with the paper industry or chemical product sales (such as paper additives, chemicals, etc.) is preferred
Language and communication skills
Fluent in English, able to independently complete business negotiations, technical documentation and customer communication
