Lead Conversion:
Effectively convert inquiries into successful sales through regular calls, personal meetings, and engagement with an extensive broker and channel partner network.
Target Achievement:
Consistently strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by ensuring timely follow-ups and driving closures within defined timelines.
Broker & Partner Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners to widen the sales funnel and generate quality leads.
Client Interaction:
Deliver personalized consultations to clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable project solutions that drive satisfaction and trust.
CRM Coordination:
Collaborate closely with the CRM team to ensure seamless post-sales operations, including documentation, client onboarding, and issue resolution.
Compliance Adherence:
Ensure strict adherence to internal sales processes, company policies, and legal compliance standards to maintain transparency and integrity.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, maintain detailed records of interactions, and share updates with management for informed decision-making.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and enhance sales effectiveness.
Customer Experience:
