Key Job Duties
Focus on selling
building materials and panels
in the assigned region.
Visit
construction sites
and connect with
site engineers, architects, contractors, consultants, builders, dealers, and distributors
.
Identify client needs, present solutions, and close sales through effective negotiations.
Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Conduct market research to track competitor activities, product demand, and pricing trends.
Generate business leads, maintain client databases, and prepare sales reports.
Submit
and customer base.
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Own vehicle preferred for client visits.
