The Sales & Alliances Manager will be responsible for
pushing material sales
and
building long-term tie-ups
with
Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) manufacturers, roll-forming plants, and local building material users
.
The focus is on
volume growth, repeat business, and strategic partnerships
.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with
PEB producers, roll-forming units, and fabrication plants
Create supply alliances and preferred-vendor arrangements
Push regular and bulk material sales
Identify new customers in industrial sheds, warehouses, and commercial projects
Coordinate pricing, credit, and dispatch with internal teams
Track market demand, competition, and pricing trends
Ensure consistent monthly and quarterly volume targets
Who We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in
steel, roofing, PEB, or roll-forming industry
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of bulk buyers and project-based sales
Ability to work independently and travel across regions
Result-oriented mindset focused on volume and margins
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate preferred
5-8 years of relevant industry experience
