Job Description

Recruit, onboard, and activate new insurance advisors/agents Train advisors on products, sales processes, and compliance guidelines Drive business targets through the agency channel Monitor advisor productivity and ensure consistent performance Support advisors in joint field work and closing key cases Ensure timely issuance of policies and completion of documentation Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and training sessions Maintain strong relationships with agents and ensure advisor retention Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and compliance standards Analyze sales performance and take corrective action when required
