Job Overview:



The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating business for property sales and loan products through field visits, referrals, and networking. The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, offering suitable property or loan solutions, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, builders, and financial institutions.

Responsibilities:



Generate qualified leads for property sales and loan products through field visits, networking, and referrals. Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate property or loan solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, property owners, banks, and financial institutions. Coordinate loan documentation and processing between clients and banks, ensuring timely disbursement. Conduct and manage property site visits, ensuring professional client handling and regular follow-ups until closure. Manage, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure performance, productivity, and achievement of sales targets. Track market trends, competitor activities, and gather client feedback to support business strategy. Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on client meetings, leads, and sales progress. Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and loan disbursement targets as per business objectives.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 4-8 years of experience in real estate sales, banking, or financial services (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Good knowledge of property markets and loan products. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
