Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

o? ?Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

o? ?Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

o? ?Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients.

o? ?Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.

o? ?Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property developments to advise clients effectively.

o? ?Conduct regular sales meetings, track performance metrics, and provide actionable feedback.

o? ?Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring an excellent client experience.

o? ?Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

o? ?Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential and commercial properties.

o? ?Strong leadership and team management skills.

o? ?Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

o? ?Ability to identify opportunities and close deals efficiently.

o? ?Knowledge of real estate market trends, property laws, and investment potential.
