Strategic Orientation-



Develop long-term and short-term strategic roadmaps for sustainable growth and increased market share in the domestic market.

Sales Effectiveness-



Oversee team workflows and assignments to ensure collaboration and consistent quality output.
Support initiatives that reinforce the company's brand image in the domestic market.

Financial Orientation-



Create and manage domestic sales function budget and ensure ROI on all activities

Customer Focus & Value Add -



Evaluate and research on customer demands by analyzing feedback from internal as well as extra sources to deliver premium customer experience
Proactively manage all customer complaints

Liasoning & Strategic Partnerships-



Liaise for compliance, certifications, and participation in public sector opportunities.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement -



Ensure use of latest technologies and tools for market analysis, sales and business development, CRM, Dashboarding and real time reporting

People Management -



Build a robust succession pipeline for the critical roles within the function in coordination with HR
