Key Responsibilities:

Developing and Executing Sales Strategies:

Creating and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue goals and market share targets.

Managing and Leading Sales Teams:

Hiring, training, motivating, and mentoring sales representatives to maximize their performance.

Setting Sales Targets and Monitoring Performance:

Establishing sales quotas, tracking progress against goals, and providing regular feedback.

Building Customer Relationships:

Fostering strong relationships with key clients and developing strategies to acquire new customers.

Analyzing Sales Data:

Evaluating sales performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to improve sales strategies.

Identifying New Business Opportunities:

Exploring new markets, identifying potential clients, and developing strategies to expand the customer base.
