Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build, manage, and expand dealer/distributor networks across assigned regions.
Establish strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and retail partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Drive new product launches and promotional campaigns in the market.
Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in
paint sales / building materials / construction products
.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong network of dealers, distributors, and influencers in the paint industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for strategic decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of decorative & industrial paints, coatings, and application methods.
Experience in handling B2B and B2C sales channels.
Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
