Role Summary



As a

Senior Sales Manager

for Outdoor Advertising, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing top-tier clients, and achieving revenue targets. This leadership role involves pitching OOH media solutions, leading deal negotiations, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to the company's growth strategy in the media space.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, acquire, and grow new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and brands Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients for repeat business Pitch and sell outdoor media products (hoardings, LED boards, transit signs) aligned to client needs Oversee the full sales cycle -- prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support Coordinate with operations, creative, and finance teams to ensure campaign delivery Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to shape sales strategy Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly revenue and KPI targets Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and media forums Mentor and guide junior sales staff and contribute to team development Develop sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans Provide feedback and insights from clients to management for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (MBA preferred) 5-10 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management -- ideally in OOH advertising, media sales, or B2B environment Strong network in media agencies, brands, and/or advertising clients Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strategic mindset with a focus on results and revenue growth Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting Willingness to travel for client meetings and market efforts
