Key Responsibilities:
Drive retail sales growth and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Monitor and report on sales performance and metrics.
Lead and guide the sales team to improve productivity and achieve goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Retail sales experience is essential.

Immediate joiners preferred (within 10 days).
Education & Skills:
Any graduate.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
