Job description:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
 Drive revenue growth across multiple business domains (Education, F&B, Hospitality, Corporate).
 Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to boost revenue.
 Direct and supervise the sales team to achieve target goals.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
 Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
 Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
 Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.
Requirements:
 2-7 years of proven work experience in sales leadership.
 Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Strong track record in at least two or more domains: Education, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Corporate Sales.
 Strong business acumen with the ability to strategise and execute.
 Leadership qualities with a focus on long-term growth and team development.
 Based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar.
