Identify new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), and institutional clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with clients.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Lead and guide the sales team (if applicable), ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, dairy, or food & beverage industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in client acquisition, key account management, and institutional sales.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
