Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in real estate sales or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a sales team.
