Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through calls, site visits, and networking.
Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable property options.
Conduct property tours and ensure a positive customer experience.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and closed deals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
Ability to work independently and close deals.
Strong customer service orientation.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
